Admissions

Arrangements for admissions to Hall Mead School are the responsibility of the Local Education Authority. Pupils are admitted up to the admission limit (192). When demand exceeds the number of places available, the following order of priorities Applies.

a) Exceptional medical or exceptional social grounds (supporting medical or other evidence should normally be submitted at the time of application).

b) An older brother or sister who will still be in attendance at the school when the new entrant is admitted.

c) All other preference applications in order of proximity of residence as determined by radiating outwards from the school.

The Open Evening takes place in September for parents of prospective pupils
