Positives:
1) Estimated grades have improved overall;
2) The data suggests that this year group can be the most successful ever;
3) Behaviour is generally good;
4) Relationships are good both within the year group and with staff.

There are 9 school weeks left before the start of study leave.

Do:
1 ) produce coursework of the highest possible standard and on time.
2 ) Make full use of your mentor if you have one;
3 ) Attend extra revision sessions;
4 ) Learn French/German vocabulary (5 words per day);
5 ) At least 12 hours school work each week outside school time;
6 ) Continue with other activities - but earn the relaxation;
7) Remember that it is your future that we are working for.

Don't:
1) Be absent- headaches, colds, late nights (?) are not acceptable reasons for absence;
2 ) Panic (!): if you work hard and follow advice, it will all work out well

The next few months will tell you a great deal about your strength of character.
The people who end up being disappointed are almost invariably those who did not make the necessary effort
